세포분화학실험실

Cellular Differentiation

본 연구실은 동물세포와 zebrafish 동물 모델을 이용하여 단백질 항상성 조절과정이 척추동물의 발생과정과 조직·세포 분화과정에 미치는 영향을 연구하고 있다.
이들 연구를 위해 신규 유전자 발현조절 시스템 개발을 수행하고 있으며, Tandem affinity Mass Spectrometry, Yeast two Hybrid, Co-IP 등을 통하여 발굴된 신규 UPS 물질의 생체 내 기능규명을 진행 중이다.
현재 유전자 가위를 이용하여 동정된 유전자에 대한 KO 동물 제작을 하고 있으며, 병원성 유전자 발현 조절이 가능한 형질전환 개체 또한 개발 중에 있다.
